Online Fundraising for Nonprofits - September Net Tuesday

Please join us for the September Net Tuesday. We have two great speakers - Jonathon Colman and Michael Gilbert - who will present about online fundraising. The event starts at 6:30 pm on Tuesday, September 30 and speakers start at 7:00 pm.

The event will be held at McLeod Residence, located at 2209 2nd Ave., Seattle, WA 98121.

Jonathon Colman will present experiences using Facebook to raise awareness and funds for the Nature Conservancy. Using Facebook applications the Nature Conservancy raised over $33,000, recruited over 20,000 new members, and preserved over 29MM square feet of rain forest.

Michael Gilbert will present new - and yet to be published - research about effective online strategies for fundraising. Come hear what works and what doesn't from well-known expert on the field.
